  • LOTS of big news for EP! First, we are headlining the big Valley 4th Celebration on Court Square in Harrisonbug on Saturday, July 4th this year. They are expecting 5000 people. This event has tons of things for kids to do and is free! Please bring the family and join us! 

    • Next up is that Massanutten Resort has invited us back for the 3rd straight summer to play every Tuesday night at the Waterpark, starting July 7th! We had a great time with this the last two years. Come on up early, let the kids slide and then join us on the great lawn. Lots of other activities for kids on the lawn as well.

    • Two more family friendly events that we are booked for are our first appearance at the Staunton institution, Shakin' At The Station on June 18th and then our fourth appearance at Andre Viette's Daylily & Wine Festival on July 18th.

    • Thanks to all the friends we have made and supported us over the years!  It is geat to catch up and see familiar faces out there.  We are looking forward to another season of playing music, having fun and making friends so come on down to an EP show and introduce yourself. Welcome to EVERYDAY PEOPLE'S web site. We are an eight piece horn driven funk, R&B and Rock-N-Roll band from Harrisonburg, Virginia. Our focus is providing danceable classic tunes from the likes of The Blues Brothers, Aretha Franklin, Sly and the Family Stone and James Brown. We also like to put our horn driven spin on the likes of Led Zeppelin, Areosmith, Eric Clapton, etc. as well as busting out some Big Bad Voodoo Daddy, Brian Setzer Orchestra and the Cherry Poppin' Daddys.
